She assays 3 micro liters of her CH fraction in a vis spec using the coomassie assay and achieves an O.D. Of 0.25. The equation to the standard curve she is using is y=0.031x+0.038

Required:

Question 1: What is the concentration of the CH fraction that she measured in the assay?

Question 2: If she takes 50 micro liters of that fraction and combines it with 50 micro liters of 1x laemmli A to make a CH(A) sample, what will be the concentration of CH(A)?

Question 3: If Emily wants to run 20 micrograms of CH(A) on a gel, how many micro liters of CH(A) does she neeed?

Question 4: If she wants to run the sample with a total volume of 40 micro liters, how much 1x laemmli A does she need to make up the difference.?
