Planning & Design of precast/prefabrication factory for structural member

Industrial Building System (IBS). ISB nowadays its came one of the modern building system, what is (IBS)? it is any parts of building structure manufactured in factory according to specific approved design than transported and installed on site .

Problem definition:

In this project I will intrudes general information building structural member and the pre-cast and why we need this type of factory's in Oman & I will do same questionnaire to see if the people will accept this new type of factory, more over I will provide the advantage & disadvantage of this type of factory and why we need it here in Oman ,also it will be undertaken the problem of this project like the transportation form the factory to the site & try to provide some solving of how to reduces the cost of this type of building system as we now its cost high,

Objectives of the project :

the aim or objectives of this project is we diversity in building system & try to find the most safer and faster building system completion because this it will help our contrary to develops our economy, moreover my goal is to start similar to this factory in our contrary so we will start with Planning & Design of precast/prefabrication factory for structural member , this it will be the first step it will be factory only precast & prefabrication structural member if the accepted from companies so we con for more than structural member .in this project it will be undertaken what is the stander of plan & design factory , provide solving to reduces cost and advantages & disadvantages .
