(the major topic cover on the proposal project are; Readiness of Organizational Assessment, Proper management of the nurses, Research Study and Support Literatures, propose solution on Proper management of the nurses for EBP Implementation, Incorporating Evidence Based Practice to Change Model, Implementation of Evidence Based Practice Adoption on terminally ill cancer patient, and Evaluation of Process of the EBP Plan of the propose project) While APA format is not required for the body of this assignment, solid academic writing is expected, and in-text citations and references should be presented using APA documentation guidelines, which can be found in the APA Style Guide, located in the Student Success Center.
