Nervous Systems Creative Presentation
For this assignment, you will demonstrate your understanding of nervous systems in a creative presentation.
Scenario Options
Choose from one of the following scenarios and describe the path of the signal from stimulus to response.
- A loud crashing sound causes everyone in the room to quickly turn their heads toward the source of the noise. Describe the path of the signal through the human nervous system from initial stimulus of sound to the response of turning the head.
- Walking into a dark room, you touch the wall feeling for the light switch. Once you feel it, you turn the switch on without ever seeing it. Describe the path of the signal through the human nervous system from the initial stimulus of touch to the response of turning it on.
