 "Issac."  He is a 19year old college student (sophomore) attending at the local university.  Issacis an honor student on scholarship.  He is the first in his family toattend college.  He presents today with diarrhea and urgency, especiallywhen eating.  He occasionally has vomiting.  He reports his stomachhurts frequently.  He is currently not on any medications and is 5'11" and183 lbs.

Issac reports that this semester has been tough - he is abiology major and he has tougher classes this semester as he is taking manyscience classes with labs.  He is also involved in a fraternity as well asseveral extra-curricular activities.  He is frustrated that this GIailment is making it harder to accomplish his busy schedule.
