In our experiment, we had 2.0 mM solution and we diluted different volumes of it into sodium carbonate before reading in the spec. These were our "dilutions". Our final volume in each case was 2.0 mL. For the 100 microliter sample, our final concentration was 100 microMolar. How much oNP was present in the final sample?
