5. What is the tolerable Upper Limit (UL)? Are there any vitamins that you are taking greater than the UL? If so, what are the side effects
of taking more above the UL of that vitamin? If no vitamins exceed the UL, report the vitamin you are receiving the most of and use that
vitamin to answer this question.
