Every day, we are exposed to a tremendous amount of information about medications. Drug advertising is so common that many patients today have already self-diagnosed their symptoms by consulting "Dr. Google" and have already selected the medication they want based on the advertising they have seen.

For this week's forum, take note of all the drug advertising you are exposed to over a 24 hour period. You should include radio & TV commercials, magazine & internet advertisements, billboards, and any other sources you notice. Create a list of the advertised medications, the advertising source (TV, magazine, etc.), and what the advertisement states the medication is used to treat.
