Eco-Plays Framework

Imagine that the company that is the focus of your AUDIO analysis in Week 1 can make one strategic move (a "green-to-gold play") in the immediate future to build an eco-advantage. Prepare a two to three page paper , that discusses the following:

Briefly identify and describe the company or business that was the topic of your Week One paper, and attach the AUDIO analysis of that company as an Appendix, just as you did for the Week One paper. Identify and describe what that strategic move should be and identify where that move falls on the eco-strategy framework. (Be specific about what the strategic move should be; do not simply identify the name of the play). Then, identify two green-to-gold plays that you did NOT choose and discuss why the identified strategic move is more important to undertake before the others, given the AUDIO analysis that you completed. (You may update the AUDIO analysis for the assignment, but you are not required to do so).
