there are 270 CH50 units in 1ml of undiluted serum X, 303 CH50 units in 1ml of undiluted serum Y and 454 CH50 units in 1ml of undiluted serum Z.

Serum Z is from a normal reference serum. Compare the data for X and Y to the reference result.
