Create a precedence (activity-on-node) diagram based off the attached activity list. You must follow the below recommendations as we discussed in class.
1) draw nodes as rectangles. It helps define the left side as starting and the right side as ending. Milestones events are shown as diamonds and have no time associated with them.
2) Connect nodes from the sides.
3) use arrows from left to right in chronological order
4) Don't combine relationship lines. Relationships are independent from their start to their end. As we'll discuss later, some relationships can have delays while others have lag.
5) try to minimize crossing link lines. If you must cross a link, show a jump over.
6) start and finish networks with a node (milestone if an activity doesn't exist).
7) you may need to draw the diagram as a draft and clean it up. You can use sticky notes on a wall or desk, or Excel file.
