Assume you have an unknown DNA that you know is phage DNA - It is either T7 or lambda. You perform a restriction enzyme digest and run the results on a gel. How will you know whether you have T7 or lambda DNA?
Please include predictions for the EcoRI digest of lambda DNA vs the digest of T7 DNA. How many fragments do you expect for each and what size will the fragments be?
