The building is 50.0' X 40.0'. Cost to haul dirt is 551.50/yd Cost of concrete is S141.80/yd

a. If the excavated soil has a 25% swell factor and compaction is 90%. how much would it cost to haul the soil to the site?

b. how much concrete would cost to cast the continuous footing, foundation wall, and slab?

If the owner were to use columns instead of the foundation wall:

a) how many columns would I havc if they arc spaced 10.0' apart.

b) how much would it cost to cast those columns and individual footings.
