A mass of 2.5kg are hung vertically from a spring of stifness 5.4kN/m, calculate the maximum amplitude of vibration if the mass is not to jump off the hook.

I have detrmined the period is T=0.135s, f=7.4Hz and Theta =46.48 rads/s, but i just cant find a formula for amplitude without the displacement, so i'm not sure how to work out the amplitude.
