You supposed to choose a major character from the novel "madame bovary" that confronts a serious difficulty, makes an important decision or undergoes considerable change or growth in the novel.

You have to identify the character and describe how the character faces major conflicts in the novel and changes as a result of her facing the difficulty and then describe how the character's behavior in the novel parallels a learning that the author suggests to the reader this will be the thesis. Also, explain the character intellectually and emotionally at the starting of the novel and then at the end of the novel.
