Briefly discuss the issue and discuss two (2) strategies on what the United States should to do resolve the issue. Provide examples to support your answer. Note: Your respond should consists of the first fully developed paragraph discussing the issue and the second fully developed paragraph discussing the strategies. Consider the impact the strategies will have on the American people.

In your research, you cannot use Wikipedia, online dictionaries, Sparknotes, Cliffnotes, or any other Website do that do not qualify as an academic resource.

Be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides; references must follow APA or school-specific format. Check with your professor for any additional instructions.
