1. OSTEOARTHRITIS

Provide the patient with printed materials available in the office. Encourage him or her to remain active as prescribed by the physician.

2. LYME DISEASE

Reinforce the importance of completing the entire regimen of antibiotics as prescribed .Additionally, stress the importance of keeping the follow-up appointment.

3. GOUT
