What is the minimum number of conversions that need to be done across a peak to achieve a reproducibility (relative standard deviation) of less than 1% for repeated measurements of the same peak? If you didn't have a computer or data system available, how would you measure the area of the peak? After all, someone's DUI may hinge on this measurement, and you may have to defend your calculation in court
