So we have to answer some questions on a discussion board for points, and someone submitted this questions:
When dealing with Hydrogenation of Oils, does it matter which double C bond you hydrogenate if there are two or more to make the oil partially hydrogenated?

Will the oil ever be partially hydrogenated if there is a double bond? As in only one hydrogen is added? I think that if the double bond is broken, 2 hydrogens will always be added to the carbons that were part of the double bond
