What do you feel you can do, for yourself, that can improve on your quality of life. What would you recommend for someone else so that their lifestyle can be improved?

Discuss the benefits of fitness and wellness and incorporate the health related components of physical fitness. At the end of your discussion, describe a behavior change and share it with the class. How do you expect to modify that behavior during the semester?
