After viewing the videos, reading the articles and browsing the web, list at least 5 Strengths, 5 Weaknesses, 5 Opportunities and 5 Threats that pertain to McDonald's.  Additionally, based on the Business Plan Tips video, identify whether each SWOT item would be considered high or low probability and high or low impact.  Based on your findings, what three SWOT items would you recommend McDonald's use to help create their strategic planning?
