c)Body of Content (12 marks)
Body of content should comprise TWO main parts:
i.Three main problems faced by beginning online learners. (This can be based on findings from research and classroom discussion). (6 marks)

ii.Three logical and practical suggestions on ways to reduce or eliminate the problems faced by beginning online learners. (This can be based on findings from research and classroom discussion). (6 marks)

Reminder:
Use suitable facts or statistics of other studies to support your writing, with proper quotations, paraphrasing of outside sources. Acknowledge these sources accordingly (with proper APA in-text citation and referencing style). Marks will be severely affected or student may be awarded with an instant '0' if work is not original.

d)Conclusion (3 marks)
i.Restate the main ideas-problems and solution suggested. (1 mark)

ii.Close by stating a prediction on what might happen if problems are not resolved or beginning online learners are not given appropriate and adequate support. (2 mark) 

e)References (4 marks)
i.List at least FOUR (4) references (books, e-books, journals, e-journals, newspaper articles, websites, etc) (4 marks).

ii.These references must be written using the APA citation style. Marks will be deducted if the references are wrongly written. Deduction of marks will be based on the severity of the problem.

f)Language (5 marks)
i.5 marks will be awarded for language. Marks will be deducted for serious language and grammar problems. Deduction of marks will be based on the severity of the problem.

g)Format
i.Remember to use Font type Arial, font size 11 or Times New Roman, font size 12.

iii.Number of words should not exceed 1000 words. State the number of words.
