The Black Hole video is about ethics. Ethics can have a big influence on decision making in the workplace. Ethical behavior in the workplace is behavior that is accepted as morally "right," rather than "wrong." When the employee realized that the paper contains a black hole, he approached to the snack machine a grabbed a snack. That action appears to be harmless; however it is called stealing. My first thought about the film was that greed got him. Since the beginning, he should not have stolen the snack and much less the money; nevertheless he already had a lot of money but he got greedy. After analyzing the video, I thought when an action arises from getting something small from the office, such as a pen, clips, or paper, to an illegal and inappropriate action. Even a small or insignificant thing that we can get from the office, it is called stealing; therefore, it is an unethical action.
