The purpose of this assignment is to research and discuss the contributions of a significant female administrator in the development of women's physical activity and/or sport. Your administrator should have made a substantial impact on progress in physical activity and/or sport for women. Discuss her personal life and the social, historical, cultural, and/or political issues that make her significant. Chronicle her accomplishments and how she impacted the women's movement. Discuss why you selected this person, and how she inspired you.

Use Internet and/or online resources to research your topic. You must use a minimum of 4 references. If you use Wikipedia, you must use an additional reference to make it a minimum of 5 references.
