· If a legal case, what were the grounds for the verdict?

· Do you agree with the outcome, or would you have liked to see a more stringent or more lenient resolution? Why?

Format your presentation consistent with APA guidelines.

Save the presentation and Speaker Notes or Word Document, 350-700 words in the speaker notes, total.

Illustrated with specific exs and visuals.

· Text is used correctly for the multimedia type

· Bullets are appropriate for slides.

· Appropriate font sizes are used.

You must have an introductory slide and a summary slide.

Readability and Style
The tone is appropriate to the content and assignment.

Should be convincing.

Sentence and slide transitions are present and maintain the flow of thought.

The presentation is laid out with effective use of headings, font styles, and white space.

Mechanics

The presentation and speaker notes -including tables and graphs, headings, title slide, and reference slide- is consistent with academic guidelines. Intellectual property is recognized with in-text citations and a reference slide. You must show research with citations and a reference slide!
