Question 1

Amaze Inc. uses the behavioral approach in most aspects of the organization's practice. The company uses Mary Parker Follet's and Chester Barnard's theory to achieve company's goals.

Follet theory states that the management should encourage the works by use of three main approaches which are coordination, self-management and collaboration. These three points are implemented by Amaze Inc. The company allows employees to take control of their own actions through giving them the option of directing themselves for part of their time. This management approach is stringently related to the Follet's self-management idea, she argued that employees prefer managing themselves than by a manager.

The company also uses Follet's coordination strategy, Follet claimed that coordination is the manager main function. The organization reward those who have succeeded in their own initiative. "The employees often initiate the innovations and control the product's completion instead of relying on the higher level manager's judgment"; This strategy is meant to encourage the employees by involving them in the process of achieving group success.

In addition, workers are encouraged to work together as a team, under minimum control which is more productive. This strategy is important for building strong communication and sharing platforms in accordance to the Follet and Barnard's theories. The company gave Bonuses to teams who develop winning products and not to individuals.Follet's theory discusses the importance of collaboration while Barnard saw the company as a communication system and therefore recommended the employees to work together.

Finally, the company values their employees' ideas and incorporates them during decision making apart from rewarding their good works. Amaze Inc also hearten the employees to talk about their problems and to share their ideas about new products, it is meant to build good communication among the workers in the company.

The employees in this company are sure that their contributions are valued by the company and therefore they have a feeling of belonging to the organization. This is connected to the Barnard idea of letting the employees see and feel that their work are very important to the success of the company.

Question 2

Amaze Inc is informal organization that suites to the organic stracure of organization. An organic organization is an organization that is very flexible and able to adapt well to changes. Amaze INC company built its success by developing new products and by bringing new ideas, that fact show that the organization try to feet in the changing environment and to keep up to date.

A second aspect is low centralization, that is mean that the employees take part in organizational decision making and have the power to influence. In the Amaze Inc company it is noticeable that the employees have the right to share their ideas and their opinion, more than that, the workers are encourage to do their own prudacts and they achieve awards for doing it. These attitude of the management indicates that the company is very organic.

Finely, the company build on team work, awards are given to good team work. The fact that the management push the employees to work together and share their ideas and problems points that the environment in the company is very informal and organic.
