The aim is to combine the Logos of Heraclitus in Leadership and Phronesis. Heraclitus was a pre-Socratic Philosopher. This means that he lived before Plato and Aristotle.

Heraclitus's Philosophy was that "everything flows" - Ta panta rei

The aim of this research proposal should be how a Leader can lead the crew of the ship.. You can combine the virtue Ethics from Aristotle such as Pathos, courage, self awareness, motivation, Psixi, etc

The methodology should be in qualitative methods and Not quantitative.

A combination of these words: Leader-ship, Virtues of Leaders and Logos.

The total amount of words excluding references to be 1500 words.
