1. Do you think that the tests measures unconscious bias with respect to race and gender? Please be specific in discussing aspects of the test that you think are or are not valid for measuring unconscious bias.
2. Either way, do you think unconscious bias exists in society (regarding race and/or gender)? If not, why not; if you think it does, how might it show itself in the organizational context?
