Develop an historically accurate biography of a "make believe" individual, of your own creation, from the Renaissance period.

* Name the person and provide relevant background information.

* Write a summary of the individual's persona in a 250 word paragraph.

PART 2:

Complete an Internet search for a woman who made significant contributions to the Renaissance or Baroque era (for example Sophonisba Anguissola or Artemisia Gentileschi).

* What were her contributions?

* Why were they significant?

* What role did her gender play in her contributions?
