2. In Class, State, and Crime, Quinney conceptualized three major types of crime. Illustrate your understanding of Quinney's work by identifying these types and explaining how each relates to capitalism. Make certain you include examples to explain each crime type.

3. Explain the major differences among liberal, radical, and Marxist feminism. You are required to include at least two specific areas for each feminist perspective. Include examples for perspective.

PART 2: The following question is related to the film shown in class (The Fire This Time). This question is valued at 10 points.

Using either conflict or radical criminology, explain the behavior of the principal characters throughout the film. Explain why many of these characters engaged in gang behavior or more "rebellious" behavior. Provide examples to support your discussion. Next, provide an explanation, supported by examples, for the same behavior from the same characters using the labeling perspective.

This portion of the exam must be in WORD format ONLY, and submitted in ONE attachment. It must be submitted no later than 11:55 PM on May 17th. Your work must be double-spaced (using number 12 font). You must limit the two question in Part 1 to no more than 3-4 pages. The format for the final (Part 2) question can be no longer than 3-4 pages.
