• Setting (Context)- Explain why you exist as a group, describe the
factors that set up your relationship together (About 1/2 page)

2. BASED IN REALITY

• Describe each group member, including yourself focusing on an EI
strength and weakness for each (About 1 page)

3. BASED IN IMAGINATION

• Describe the problem/crisis (About 1/2 page)

4. BASED IN IMAGINATION

• Group members' dialogue around the problem/crisis (About 2
pages, write in play format)

5. BASED IN IMAGINATION

• Describe the positive group outcome (About 1/2 page)

6. BASED IN REALITY

• Describe 2 El improvement goals for the team and 2 El
improvement goals for yourself on the team (About 1/2 page)
