2. Critically examine the description and identify key performance indicators for inclusion in the performance evaluation tool.

3. Determine the most appropriate performance appraisal tool based on the ones presented in this module and develop a performance evaluation form for submission.

4. Designs comprehensive Multi-rater, MOB, or Classical Rating Scale tool inclusive of: the form should incorporate five of Zappos ten core values.

Paper 2

Complete the on-line version of the Myers-Briggs Typology Indicator (MBTI). The Students will develop a 3 page reaction paper based on Myers-Briggs Typology Indicator (MBTI) type results portrait specifically assessing personal values, attitudes, and communication style.

Address the following in your paper:

1. What is your indicator type based on your test results?

2. Provide an overview of your results as well as their application to your current position and future career goals

a. What did you learn about your personality style?

b. Are there any behaviors that you would like to modify as a consequence of your test results?

3. Do you feel that your results were accurate? Why or Why not?

4. Provide an analysis of what your results outcome indicates about the following:

a. Your personal values

b. Your attitudes

c. Your communication style

Complete a self-assessment to identify and list three primary core and personal values, attitudes, and communication styles, draft a 1 page personal statement highlighting personal values, attitudes and communication style and detail how this statement may be exhibited in the workplace.

From the position of the CAC company representative, detail the following information in a 3 page, APA formatted paper. Include support for your positions based on the facts provided. Be sure to proofread for grammar and spelling errors. In the paper include the following:

1. An analytical overview of the following information under the existing contract including:

a. Demographic information

b. Current total cost of labor including benefits, paid time off and wages

2. A summary of the current contract terms

3. Identify areas of potential "trouble" in future negotiations

4. A summary of the demands of labor and of management
