Organizational Chart

Describe the organization's strategy toward change. What is the current mission, vision, and culture? Based on the changes that you are recommending this organization undertake, do you believe that they need to change their mission, vision, or culture as well? Discuss the leadership within the organization. Is it effective? Why or why not? Does the organization have teams and are they effective?

Also include in your report the recommended organizational chart based on the changes you are recommending. This part of the project should be no less than four pages double-spaced, proofed for correct spelling, punctuation, and grammar. If you refer to library resources, such as journals, books, etc.

Paper 2-

We learned how virtual teams are becoming more prevalent in organizations today based on the globalization of business. Reflect upon the challenges that face virtual teams. Share these challenges along with any recommendations on how businesses may overcome them. Your reflection should be at least one page in length double-spaced.

Paper 3-

Compare and contrast two Native American writers (compare an early to a recent Native American writer or compare two writers that captivated your interest). Consider how dialogue, description, and details are used or explore significant changes in voice, theme, and characterization in these stories about diversity in America.
