The following issues are expected to be addressed both in your (((((( paper and presentation )))):

The type of international market entry.

The organizations rationale for that market entry choice.

A review of the preparatory steps undertaken by the organization.

A discussion of the cultural differences encountered by the organization.

A discussion of the problems, opportunities and competition. (SWOT analysis and Conversion Matrix should be included)

An evaluation of the results of the market entry effort.

The majority of information that you will need will be from secondary sources. However you might find it helpful if you contact the organization or its competitors.

The paper is not to be more than 5000 words long, double spaced, typed, in 12 point times New Roman font. It is expected to be professional in style, use of citations and grammar. Pages are to be numbered in the bottom right-hand corner. Front Page, appendices, references, and bibliographies are to be included at the end are not counted as part of the word limit. The front pages to include the title of the paper, the instructor's name, the participant's names, the class reference number and date.

Lack of references and/or plagiarism will result in an immediate failing grade for all participants. You are a team and as such all members are responsible for the output of the team.
