prepare a letter to the director of financial aid office at my university, make it good and more professional for me.
Dear Mr.Stephens,
I'm Sara Lauer, the second year transfer student from Minnesota State. Since I didn't do well in the last spring semester, I was aware that base on my GPA, I wouldn't be able to receive any more Dean's scholarship. I really was eager to register for the summer session and I desperately consulted with the adviser to not facing any shortage of financial aid in the next year. She convinced me that the financial aid would be enough to cover the tuition, but when I received my yearly package, it was way less than what I've been told. I again constantly talked with financial aid office about the different available options for the next year, and all of the conversations had an ending result of dropping my summer courses. Then I received your call and brought your opinion to the financial aid office, they still believed that I shouldn't be charged for the summer session. I really don't have any clue who should I blame for that. I'm dreadfully tired of my useless efforts for not facing this decision , but it is clear that the only option for me right now is to cancel my Fall Semester. With this large amount of charge on my account, even with a part time job I still won't be able to pay. If the only salvation option as always is getting the self-loans, I'm not succeed to receive it as well. So for now I really want to problem that by canceling the fall semester, am I going to receive all of my yearly grants and loans in spring semester? And can I be sure that I would be capable of paying the summer and spring tuition by that time? My summer charge has to stay on my account until spring semester but is it going to increase by then?
Thank you so much for your time
Best regards,
Sara Lauer,
