(Answered) My opinion on the future of probation and community

My opinion on the future of probation and community corrections, would have to be that the probation needs to be little more stricter because there are so many going back to prisons that I believe there should be some times of rehab for offenders that have property crimes of have a works force program and not a self-employed or owned business of their own, this is slacking.???
