In this paper, you will elaborate on the ways that your social class background (race, class, ethnicity, gender, cultural capital, etc) hasinfluenced your educational experience using the analytical tools from the readings. This assignment is not about how your education has influenced your current social class position, but rather how the social class position of your family of origin affected your education. Feel free, however, to comment on how your education affected your class mobility in your journal entries. Thesis statement should talk about the three ways you think your social class background has affected your education.
