How interest rates affects our purchasing decisions. High interest rates will affect the way we purchase merchandise. Not having money to purchase something will cost far more than what it is worth. You should wait until you can afford it and stay out of debt. Consumers that have very low interest may tempt many of us to go into debt. Buy the item now, but high interest is just uneconomical. High interest rates affect's how we purchase items.

Interest's, rate and the affects on how we purchase. Interest rates dictate the amount a buyer can qualify for. Lower interest rates allow more people to buy and more people purchase more expensive items. Items such as homes and cars the purchase will be greater. The negative low interest rate is that it has a tendency to push higher because there are more buyers. The more buyers there are the higher the prices go. When there are fewer buyers the rates tends to stay the same. Interest rate will affect the way we purchase items.
