I need help for responses on the following entries. There are two and are labled ENTRY 1 and ENTRY 2. Each can be no less than 100 words.

ENTRY 1: Jonathan Harker's account of Count Dracula was a very descriptive one that painted an immediate image. He describes his face as being sturdy, yet strange in that his features were very pronounced. The hair on his head is described as being thick and not sparse including the size of his eyebrows. Harker describes Dracula's teeth as oddly white and sharp, but also rather large and protruding. His skin, however, appeared whitish and his ears had pointy tops, while his forehead loomed over his eyes and substantial moustache. The Count's cheeks were also of a stern expression and his chin was stout. The look of his hands also stuck out to Harker in that they were stubby and rough with abnormally long, sharp finger nails. His eyes gleamed with an odd sense of discomfort and his palms had hair on their centers (p. 32-33).

This description of Count Dracula by Jonathan Harker informs us of what a strange man Count Dracula appeared to be. Although he may have resembled somewhat a man, his features and demeanor were of something ethereal. In no way does this description mislead us in the fact that Count Dracula was not the same as you or me. Jonathan Harker also describes how the Count's touch made him tremble and his horrible breath made him sick (p. 33). How can a normal human being possess such a power over another? Count Dracula is undeniably not of this world and Harker's description was enough to make me shudder in my seat.

ENTRY 2:

Vampires are described in many different ways throughout literature and film over the years. As stated in the video segment, "Lost Tapes: VAMPIRES," they range in looks from ordinary human beings, to demonic and monstrous, to literature and film depictions which make them out to be more of walking corpses. (Lost Tapes: Vampires, 1:10) Bram Stoker's Dracula was the first literary appearance of the Famous Count Dracula in 1897, and as we read in the text Protagonist Jonathan Harker describes Dracula as "...a tall old man, clean shaven save for a long white moustache, and clad in black from head to foot, without a single speck of colour about him anywhere." (Stoker, pg. 30) He also describes him as being abnormally strong, which he deduces from a handshake with the Count, "... and holding out his hand grasped mine with a strength that made me wince, an effect which was not lessened by the fact that it seemed cold as ice, more like the hand of a dead than a living man." (pg. 30)

This description aligns with several assumed characteristic traits of Vampires, which we have heard throughout a variety of literature and films, such as the lack of color or the skin being white and lacking signs of life, and the exceptional strength, especially for him looking like an old man. These traits are what inform us that he is in fact a "vampire." As a reader, his elderly appearance is what could be misleading to me, however I have read that another characteristic thought to be common of vampires was their ability to change their appearance over the centuries, and having seen the film and read the book previously It seems to be true of Stoker's Dracula as well.
