How do I cite a quote within an article in an essay, if the quote is from another publication? I'm not sure that makes sense.... I'm writing a paper on Patient centered care involving bedside discharge planning rounds. (FUN times on a Saturday night ...right!!) Anyway the only references I can use are our text book and one research article. Well my one research article has some info that the author quoted from another source......and THAT is what I need to use. It is quoted and cited in the article but how do I incorporate that into my paper without it looking like I used another unauthorized source. AND all that needs to be in appropriate format. This so boring I know but so important to me tonight. Any help is greatly appreciated!!!!
