However, since it is 8:04 am, they have only been watching it for four minutes, so they don't really know just how long it has been going on.
In the meantime, Louise hears her phone. She picks it up. A text message appears on her screen from a colleague who works in the Swampfox branch office. They want to know how long it will be before the network is back up. Louise and Thelma realize there is a problem.
