For this assignment, you will write a 2-4page paper. It must not exceed 4 pages. This paper will give more in-depth insights to your spiritual gifts and how they impact your ministry. Many of your questions should have been answered in the last module/week in the Discussion Board Forum.

Part 1: What are your top 2 spiritual gifts? Do you agree with the results? Why or why not?List the gifts that scored the highest on the assessment you took. Discuss whether or not you agree with the results and why.

Part 2: Specifically, how can you use your gifts at this time? How might you misuse your gifts? Be specific.Share how you can use your gifts at this time.You may offer suggestions within the church or outside of the church, but be specific. It is not enough to say that you will be able to teach people about Christ. What might this look like? Would you teach Sunday School, small groups, children, adults, etc.?When discussing possible misuses, be specific in regards to your specific giftedness. For example, pride is a danger for all of the gifts, and is not specific to any one gift. The summary out that you received from your assessment gives you some ideas for this part of your paper. Part 4: What impact does this knowledge have on your involvement in ministry?This must be the strongest part of your paper! Discuss how this knowledge will impact your involvement in ministry. For example, do you see where you should or should not serve? How can you compensate for your weaknesses? How can you capitalize on your strengths?
