Suppose to prepare up something but I don't quite understand the directions. Maybe someone can give me an ex and explanation?

Finally, for each deal please provide, on scale of 1-5, your sense of how good that deal is and a one-sentence explanation of why. 1 means it is not very good and you are wondering why you would even post it to the site and 5 means this deal is hot and users should act now. The explanation should be very short - not more than 1 short sentence.
