TOPIC: The planning commissioner from the city of Houston has asked you for an idea for an improvement to the city. (You can visit the real planning commission's website. Write a 400-500 word essay entitled: ______________: An Idea for the Future
Persuade the reader that your plan will cause and develop the best possible results for the future of this city.
Guidelines: Your essay should have at least five paragraphs, be double-spaced, in 12 pt. Times New Roman font; include a title and the identification of the writer, course, instructor, and date in the upper left corner. You may not use any outside sources except and any use of the website must be limited to less than 10% (50-60 words). Use of the website is not required.
