Early Adulthood Development

According to your textbook, adulthood is usually defined in terms of what people do rather than how old they are. Given the sense of autonomy and independence that is experienced during early adulthood, what we do and how we do it changes significantly, and those changes can have a tremendous impact on our physical and emotional well-being.
