Each teacher educator candidate will be required to submit a PowerPoint presentation on how he/she will apply skills learned in this class to his/her daily life (provide supporting documents/resources). The PowerPoint presentation should consist of 15-20 slides detailing the topic. Be creative, specific, and informative. Each teacher educator candidate will be graded on the following: knowledge of subject area, level of application, appearance (presentation), cohesion and uniqueness.

The following information can be used as a guide for your PowerPoint Presentation content:

1) Title slide

2) Primary topics or content learned in the course that were new and of key interest and a brief description (5-6 slides); cite appropriately and include external and credible sources

3) Presentation of personal information as it relates to the course content--application (e.g. nutrition & physical activity log findings and interpretation, BMI score and its interpretation, other course content and its relation to your individual lifestyle, etc.) (5-6 slides)

4) Personal action plan based on content learned in the course and analysis of personal behavior. Be very realistic, SPECIFIC, and practical in identifying how changes will be made (and on what timeline) related to personal nutrition and physical activity or how things will remain the same in order to meet the recommendations learned in the course. (5-6 slides)

5) Reference slide (in correct APA format)
