Driver-Assisted and Driverless Cars

Title (slide 1) - Include a title, your name, and your picture. Apply a style to your picture.

Driver-Assisted Cars (slide 2) - Listen to By The Time Your Car Goes Driverless, You Won't Know The Difference. Download a copy of this podcast from NPR. Be sure it is saved in a location you can access from PowerPoint (e.g. hard drive, USB drive, etc.). Your browser likely will save it in the Downloads folder of your computer by default. Feel free to move it to a different folder, if desired. Insert the sound file on this slide, and place two bookmarks in it.
• Place one near the 1 minute, 30 second mark, when Alexis Madrigal says, "There are a lot of steps...between Henry Ford's Model T and Google's autonomous Model X."
• Place another at the beginning of a quote you like in the podcast. Type the text of this quote on the slide.
Replace the default audio image of a speaker for the sound file on the slide with the Google's_Lexus_RX_450h_Self-Driving_Car.jpg image, which is in the same location on Canvas where you found the directions for this assignment. Left click the image to download it.

Public Opinion (slide 8) - In a 2013 survey, Intel asked respondents whether or not they would like to live in a driverless city. On this slide, create a pie chart showing what percentage answered yes and what percentage answered no.

NOTE: When sending a presentation containing audio and/or video to someone, you can test whether or not the audio and video are likely to be found and to play properly on the recipient's computer by deleting the original audio and video files from your computer and then checking that they still play properly in your presentation.
