1: What is an example of an exponential function used in real-world applications? Show a math example how it is used. Describe why that application is important.

2: Exponential and logarithm are the inverse of each other. An exponent of a number states how many times to multiply that number. For example 4^4 = 4x4x4x4 = 256 On the other hand, finding the logarithm is a question of what exponent is used to equal a specific number. For example 4^? =256 The logarithm would be 4. So the relationship between exponents and logarithms is that they are both exponents. An exponent tells you how many times to multiply your base number, by itself. ex: 3^2, 2 is the exponent ant tells me that I will multiply 3*3. Logarithms do the same thing only on a grander scale, they are used to measure earthquakes or sound volume, where the numbers are extremely high. give example?

3: What is the relationship between exponential functions and logarithmic functions?
