1- I think that social media has changed many people's lives. It becomes something popular that almost everyone is using it. It has many different functions that are helpful in our daily life. Some people uses social media to offer jobs, other people uses it to check the daily news and so on. As was mentioned in the video that some universities in the US are incorporating it into their curriculum, I think that it is a smart move and I think every university should do that as well.

The reason why I think it is a smart move is because social media is the easiest way to communicate with larger audience and impact them. So, if these universities can teach their students how to convey a good message or how to teach other people something on social media, and their students apply it, I think it will have a huge impact on our community.

2-Social Media has become a crucial tool in communication in this generation and for the next generations to come. As sites such as Facebook and Twitter become more popular, we begin to use those as sources for entertainment and news purposes. It has also become a source of advertisements for several businesses. As stated in the video, Facebook has become a main tool for us as users to connect to one another and connect with the world itself. Furthermore, along with keeping up with the general news, we are also able to communicate to people across the globe through the click of a button.

Social Media has revolutionized our relationships with one another and people around the world and should continue to advance in the upcoming years. Without social media, it would be a lot more difficult for us to easily communicate, regardless of our other sources of communication such as texting and simply calling. Social Media sites are of convenience to us and we use it in our everyday lives. Through social media, it may be faster for us to receive news than watching news channels themselves. News through social media becomes viral in minutes, and if not, seconds. We as a culture would still be able to function without social media, but it would be more difficult to share news and connect with other

people without it. In my opinion, although I have heard that social media may hinder relationships, I believe that it helps relationships grow because people are able to stay connected regardless of what distance they may be from one another. In essence, social media has helped us grow as a community and as a culture.
