Data from a lab experiment to calculate the concentraion of the deprotoned form of p-nitrophenol in the solution that we made up which consisted of:
0.5 mL of 1.0 mM p-nitrophenol
9.5 glycine buffer
pH of buffer solution 9
pka of p-nitrophenol 7.15
Understand that the Henderson-Hasselback equation, but I'm not sure if I am setting it up right.
9=7.15 + log (x/0.5 mM)
x=3.54mM
To find 0.5 mM I just did M1V1=M2V2
